Instead of relying on scattered memories of incidents of audism let's put together a reading list of incidents that can be framed in context of audism as we understand it. Please post links to news media stories about discrimination against Deaf here.
Also - feel free to add your critiques of the how the media presented the story.
Relying strictly on media accounts or established print sources can severely limit the range of examples of audism. Many Deaf people have not shared their experiences with the mass media, or the media itself has chosen to omit some of these accounts.

That is true. I will set up a separate page for posts of those wanting to tell of their experiences with audism.
